When Using Office 365 (Home or Business), did you know you can set up multiple Microsoft accounts to be available to you when working on and saving documents?
What do I mean by this? Well, for those of us using either Office 365 consumer or O365 Business, we know that we should get our apps set up by signing into our Microsoft account when first getting set up.
For example, open up Word and click ‘File’ to get to the backstage view, then scroll down to ‘Account’ and click on it. If you’ve never signed up, you will most likely get a prompt to do so. If you’re at work, you’ll enter in your business O365 credentials. If you’re using O365 Home, you can enter in one of your Microsoft accounts.
You see in the illustration that I’m signed into a Microsoft account. But look below that and you can see I’ve connected my O365 Business account as well. So I’m using multiple accounts – efficient!

Use a notebook on multiple computers. Apr 18, 2018 Start the first version of Word. For example, start Microsoft Word 2002. Click Start, and then click Run. In the Run dialog box, click Browse. In the Browse dialog box, change the Look in box to the folder that contains the Winword.exe file of the other version of Word that you want to start. Microsoft Office Word is mentioned in top word processing tools 2021 for Windows. Generate files in DOC and DOCX formats, write texts, select fonts, colors and page parameters, add standard graphs and diagrams, import images, etc. Multiple languages are supported along with dedicated spellchecking.

Now if you’re at work, you probably won’t want to connect any personal accounts, just your business O365 account.
After you’ve signed in with your business credentials, you’ll want to connect, or add-in both your SharePoint sites and your ODB (OneDrive for Business). You do this in the backstage view – look for connected services at the bottom (see illustration above).
If you have Office 365 Home (the $99/year subscription service), you’ll be able to add multiple Microsoft accounts to your desktop apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
For my situation, I work from home, so I don’t mind having both my business O365 and personal O365 accounts all together on one computer. On this work station, I have 3 accounts and I can switch among them if I wish.
However, I really don’t need to because I’m able to save my documents into either my ODB, SharePoint or OneDrive consumer since I’ve connected all these services on my computer.
When I do a ‘Save As’ command, you’ll see I’m presented with three OneDrive or SharePoint choices. I can also choose to save to the local drive (Computer) if I wish.
This gives users a way and choice to put documents in the storage of their choosing.

As part of the Microsoft Office 2013 software suite, Microsoft Word 2013 is an advanced word processor that is highly adept at producing documents of professional quality, and it is intuitive enough to meet the needs of beginners and students as well.

Recently opened documents will be shown next to blank templates for documents you might wish to create from scratch. Online templates can be searched using the search box if you'd like something you don't see represented in the offline options.
Importing photos is so much easier with Word 2013 thanks to the integration of Facebook, SkyDrive, and Flickr, all of which can be used to instantly upload photos to any Word document you might need to edit. Users can even use an integrated Bing search engine to find pictures that fall within the Creative Commons license. The guides for placing the perfect images have been rewritten for Word 2013 as well.
Users who value PDF support will love Word 2013. These files will now open directly in Word 2013 just as standard Word documents do, and conversion between Word documents and PDFs is a snap. Converted PDFs will even retain formatting from the original Word file.
As a world-class productivity app, Word 2013 allows for smaller apps to run within its system. These include other tools for increasing productivity, including dictionaries and thesauruses. These apps can be helpful, but they can also quickly overpopulate the screen with information and documents.
Tracking changes and collaborating with multiple authors is also easier with Word 2013. With Office 365, all users with permission can viewed and edit the documents at any time, and comments can be synced so collaborators can communicate in real time.
Word 2013 is a powerful iteration of the Microsoft Word app, and it has a number of features that are unique to it. It is by far the best version of the popular productivity app from Microsoft.
